This was so good! I liked how reducing the sauce til it was super thick made it easy to leave the excess fat in the pan.

Ah I love that you made it and corroborated that it really is as delicious as I find it! And yes, once you reduce the sauce and you coat the pork in it all the left over fat (and there is LOTS of it) can be left in the pan! Thanks for cooking and sharing your thoughts.
